There are only two reservoirs in the Collserola Park, one in Vallvidrera and this one in Can Borrell, this gives an idea of the importance and development that the estate achieved in its prime.
It’s of considerable size and worth a close look, but carefully.

You will find the path that brings you to the reservoir behind the restaurant, at the top part of the car park that gives way to the forest there is a footpath that leads up to ‘Sol y Aire’. From here the footpath levels out until you come to the turning off for the reservoir, which is signposted. The footpath leads to the end of the reservoir, not to the dam.
